   宋朝年间，岳飞的师傅周侗得到《易筋经》，将它传于岳飞。岳飞创立岳家军后，为提高部队战斗力，就印制100多本《易筋经》，分于各支部队，练习易筋经功夫，在当时的冷兵器时代战场上杀敌所向披靡威力无穷。后来，秦桧迫害岳飞，又集中力量收缴这批奇书。“结果，剩下的仅仅就只有为数不多的几本。”金加洲大师，法号：释延迦，祖先是北方游牧民族，当时正在内蒙古高原驰骋，经过战乱，《易筋经》辗转到了祖先手中。历经宋、元、明、清等朝代，《易筋经》历经沧桑800余年，由此，易筋经功夫也潜然在金加洲祖辈传承至今。

   During the Song Dynasty, Yue Fei’s teacher master Zhou Tong accidentally got , and he gave it to Yue Fei. After Yue Fei established Army Yue, he reprinted more than 100 copies of the book in order to bring up army’s fighting power. Afterwards, Qing Kui killed Yue Fei, also he spent a lot of energy collecting those books. Botton line, there are only few left. Master Shi Yan Jia’s ancestries are  nomad from northen China, they were in plateau of Mongolia, having wars going on, coincidentally got the copy of the book. The book experienced Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, over 800 years, was delivered till now by the ancestries of master Shi Yan Jia.

   金加洲大师精通《易筋经》（至今家中尚保存宋代版《易筋经》）。乾隆年间，祖先游历江南至苏州豪富沈氏家族，因沈家老爷崇尚武艺，就将金加洲的祖先留下，奉为挚友。沈老爷去世后，家道中落，于是，金加洲的祖先辗转到我市丁沟镇，改姓为金。金大师嵌入佛门，法号释延迦，曾被少林寺聘请为“武僧总教头”。金大师用《易筋经》成功创造“吉尼斯世界纪录50秒断40块钢板”，至今无人打破！也因此接受“韩国第一功夫高手”挑战，最后韩方派首尔电视台前来中国印证真正的中国功夫后而搁浅了比武。

   Master Shi Yanjia is specialized in . During the year of Qian Long, his ancestries traveled to Su Zhou, become the family of Shen, a huge wealthy family. After the death of Master Shen, the family was facing a fate going down. Therefore, Shen’s future generation hided their names and reputation, also changed the family name as Jin. Swardsman became the Buddhist, named as Shi Yan Jia, him who was invited to be the head master of martial art Buddhist. Master Jin was using “classics of tendon changing”, and he successfully created “ Genes record of breaking 40 iron board within 50 seconds”, which no one is able to break. Because of this, he was challenged by the “Korean top Kongfu master”, but the fight was cancelled due to the interruption of Seoul’s TV station.
